Booking terms

Studio to 3-bedroom packages — paid through Tamara. Your payment plan (split in 2, 3 or 4, or pay in full) is an agreement between you and Tamara; Nuwah is paid by Tamara. Tamara authorises the amount when you book and it is captured when your package is handed over. Nothing further is payable to Nuwah for the package itself.

4-bedroom packages — AED 50,000 deposit. The deposit, paid through Tamara, reserves your package and the production slot that follows your site visit. It is deducted in full from the package price; the balance is invoiced directly and is due before delivery and installation. The same applies to any smaller package reserved with a deposit.

Cancellations. If we visit the site and cannot proceed, or you cancel in writing before the site visit, everything you paid is refunded or released via Tamara. Once production has started, a cancellation charge of 10% of the package price applies, as materials are cut and built for your unit in our own joinery; any amount paid above that is refunded via Tamara.

Final price. Package prices are indicative and secure your production slot; the final figure is confirmed in your quotation after the site visit. If it is lower, we capture less from Tamara (or refund the difference); if it is higher, the difference is settled before handover — through Tamara via our additional payment page, or by invoice.

Prices shown are for furniture packages as described on our packages page. Appliances, household items and any fit-out works are quoted separately after the site visit. Tamara approval is at Tamara's discretion and is eligible for customers in the UAE.
